The Competition Committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation has announced the resolutions reached during their meeting today, Wednesday 15 October, which included a one match suspension for Real Betis Balompié's fullback Damien Perquis. The French-Polish defender was sent off for a double booking in last Sunday's match against UD Las Palmas, and will consequently miss next Sunday's league match against CD Leganés, which will oblige Julio Velázquez to reinforce the defence, given that the partnership between Perquis and Jordi Figueras had been the norm during the last few weeks of the competition.
