Real Betis Balompié mathematically certified its classification to the Conference League this Sunday, despite losing 0-2 to Real Sociedad at the Benito Villamarín. The visiting team took the lead very early with a goal from a direct free kick by Brais Méndez and extended their lead in the final minutes of the first half through Mikel Merino. In the second half, Real Betis maintained control of the ball and had several scoring chances, including a missed penalty by Ez Abde, but the result did not change.
