In the third item on the agenda of the General Meeting of Shareholders regarding the termination and appointment of members of the board of directors, the shareholders decided to give their approval to the entry of three new members to the Board. Therefore, Pedro Pablo García Luna, José Moreno Romero and Adrián Fernández Romero will join the new board of directors after the Annual General Meeting.

The meeting also ratified the entrance on the board of co-opted members Juan Carlos Ollero, Montoro José Pizarro, Jose Miguel Lopez Catalan, Sanguino Ernesto López, Ángel García and José María Haro Pagola Serra.

Juan Carlos Ollero will preside the Board, with José Montoro as vice president. As a non-member secretary and deputy non-member secretary the lawyers Álvaro Viguera and José Antonio Guerrero were ratified respectively. This Board includes, the third, fourth and fifth largest shareholders in the Club, Messrs López Catalán, Fernández Romero and Haro García, respectively.
