Workshops for the parents of the Academy players have commenced at Heliópolis

This first session revolves around the parents' role in supporting the integral and sporting development of their children as sportsmen/women.

A double session will take place tomorrow in the press room at the Luis del Sol Training Centre. The first term workshop for the parents of the Real Betis Balompié Academy players will be repeated on Wednesday and Thursday with the same objective but adapted to the needs of different age groups. In this session the role of the parents in supporting the integral and sporting development of their children as sportsmen/women will be addressed in addition to the importance of education, an area of special prominence in the Heliopolis Academy.

 

Tomorrow at 5pm the parents of players from Benjamín B and D (U10) will attend the workshop, whilst the parents of Infantil A and B (U14) have been invited to the 6.30pm session, and Cadete B (U16) parents at 8pm. At 5pm on Wednesday it is the turn for the parents of the players forming the Pre-benjamín (U8), Benjamín A and Benjamín C (U10) teams. At 8pm on the same day the parents of players in the U18 National League and Cadete A (U16) teams have been called.  

 

The final groups for these workshops are programmed for Thursday. The first group at 5pm for the parents of players in the feminine teams and finally at 6.30pm for the parents of the players in the Alevín A (U12) and Alevín B (U11) teams. 

 

These workshops for the parents of the Real Betis Balompié Academy will be hosted by Macarena Lorenzo, head of the Psychology Unit at the Academy.
