Now that the summer transfer window has closed, Real Betis has initiated the restructuring of the technical secretariat with an aim to reinforce the department. To this end, Alexis Trujillo as of today is the Clubs Director of Football and José Luis Molina (Albacete, 1964) joins the club as Technical Secretary.

José Luis Molina comes to Real Betis after leaving Real Murcia, where he has spent the last three seasons as head of sports planning (2011-14). Prior to that he was the Technical Secretary at Valladolid CF and the Director of Celta de Vigo and Albacete Balompié's youth academies.
