Real Betis Balompié got three great points at Cádiz. The team showed great spirit to come back in a tough game. The goals scored by Tello and Borja Iglesias gave the team the win.

In the first half, the team started with doubts and improved as minutes went by. At the start, Cádiz pressed high and made the game uncomfortable for the Green and Whites, but step by step, the men managed by Pellegrini started to take control. There was a very controversial play that ended with a goal disallowed for Betis. San Emeterio score dan own goal but the VAR decided that Fekir, who was offside, intervened in the play, when it did not seem it was the case.

In the second half, the game gained pace from the start, with more chances for both sides. Guardado had the first with a shot from outside the box that hit the crossbar. However, Cádiz struck first after an unfortunate play that Alejo sent to the back of the net.

Betis pushed after the goal and looked for the tie. The changes made by Pellegrini seemed to work well and the team scored soon. Fekir gave a backheel pass to Tello, whose great effort from outside the area went in by the far post.

Near the end, Alacaraz made a penalty on Borja Iglesias. The Panda took the responsibility and did not miss from the spot.
