Pezzella: “We need to work to correct things that shouldn’t happen again”
“When they have a good day, they’re unstoppable”, said Cejudo
After the game, Germán Pezzella and Álvaro Cejudo spoke for www.realbetisbalompie.es/en to analyse the match against FC Barcelona. Pezzella was the first to talk.
Match analysis: “Even if it was a hard game, nobody likes to get this score. We need to get up, work from tomorrow, improve, and give everything on Friday at home.”
FC Barcelona’s attack: “It’s hard. We need to look at what we did right and work to correct things that shouldn’t happen again.”
Rubén Castro: “It’s very positive for him and for them that he scores. Sanabria was good alongside him. These kinds of games are very difficult for the strikers and the battled, trying to give us defenders a break. It makes me happy to see that Rubén keeps scoring.”
After Pezzella, it was time for Cejudo to give his opinion.
Painful defeat:: “It is. We had the target of getting, at least, a point. When you go 3-1 into half time, it’s very complicated. I think we managed to overcome their first goal. Then we had good moments, but then two plays made it very hard.”
Messi and Suárez: “They break game. They controlled the game in a spectacular way. When they have a good day, they’re unstoppable.”
