Real Betis Balompié and Italy's Como 1907 have reached an agreement for the transfer of Assane Diao. 

Assane joined the Real Betis academy, specifically the U19 team, in the summer of 2021. After progressing through the ranks of Betis Deportivo, he made his first-team debut on 21 September 2023 in Glasgow against Rangers. 

He concludes his time in green and white with 47 appearances, 6 goals, and 3 assists to his name.
