Real Betis kickstarts a new international sporting project with the opening of Real Betis Camp Egypt

The Green and White Club has similar programs in countries like Irak, Georgia, Dubai or Japan

Real Betis have launched a new international sporting project with the opening of Betis Camp Egypt. Real Betis Academy is a program that has, as a target, the training of new talents following the Club's methodology and values. This new camp will be undertaken in May in Cairo.

At Betis Camp Egypt, the Green and White club will implement grassroots football following the methodology used at real Betis Youth, applying also the values of Real Betis Foundation, the institution that manages Betis Academy.

As in all the Club's academies, the coaches of this project will receive previous education from Betis Academy, and two coaches from the Club will travel to Cairo to conduct the training sessions and improve the technical and tactical concepts of the players. Aso, some of the players who participate in this camp will have the chance to travel to Seville to be part of the experience Betis Inside, being able to meet the first team players and train in their facilities.
With the development of this Project, Real Betis strengthens its presence in MENA region, one of the main targets within the Club's international expansion. The Green and White club already has social media in Arabic, due to the interest that Real Betis generates. The Club is already working in the opening of new camps in the region, as well as the growth of Forever Green in this market.

Real Betis CEO, Ramón Alarcón, stated that Real Betis Camp Egypt will create great opportunities for players in the country. "We are expanding the Green and White values, colours and methodology around the world. With the opening of this new camp, we already have 21 international projects. The MENA and Asian markets are key for the Club."

Real Betis will operate this program alongside MQF & 9inety. "We would like to thank Real Betis for trusting us in helping them to enter the Egyptian market. Betis Academy is the Real Betis football development national and international program. The target of this project is to bring the Club's methodology to different corners of the world in a permanent way, so boys and girls can get a great footballing experience and enjoy a top-tier training methodology. More than 1,500 footballers are part of Betis Academy in their 21 international sites in places such as United States, Mexico, Algeria, Zimbabwe, El Salvador, Venezuela or Georgia.
