Real Betis Balompié and Rayo Vallecano de Madrid have reached an agreement for the transfer of Álex Moreno. In this way, the Catalan left back becomes the sixth Betis signing for the current season. Álex Moreno has signed a deal until 2024.

Alexandre Moreno Lopera (San Sadurní de Noya, Barcelona, Spain, 8^th of June of 1993) began his career at FC Vilafranca, from where he was recruited by the academy at FC Barcelona for their U18 team. Then, he signed for UE Llagostera, where his outstanding performances drew the attention of RCD Mallorca, that signed him a year later. In June 2014, the new Green and White player signed for Rayo Vallecano, where he has spent the last seasons, except for the season 2015/2016, when he spent one year on loan to Elche CF.

In total, Álex Moreno has played 206 games in top-flight football, scoring 13 goals and providing 14 assists.
