Valentín Gómez signs for Real Betis until 2030

The Club secures the services of the defender following the activation of his release clause.

Real Betis Balompié has completed its seventh signing of the current season. Valentín Gómez, a Vélez Sarsfield center back, has paid his buyout clause and is committed to Real Betis until 2030. 

Valentín Gómez (San Miguel, Buenos Aires, June 25, 2003), who joined Vélez Sarsfield Academy, leaped to its first team in 2022 at just 18 years old. 

Among his collective achievements, we highlight the Argentine defender's title in the Argentine First Division (2023-2024) and an International Super Cup (2024-2025). 

The new Betis signing is also a regular feature in Argentina's youth national teams and continues to be a consistent presence in the Under-20 squad.
