Real Betis arrived to Montecastillo (Jerez de la Frontera) to continue preparing the Ramon de Carranza Trophy that the team will play in Cadiz, the last test before the beginning of the season, on the 23^rd of August. The team has been training for the first time in the Resort before facing Granada FC in the summer tournament. In this session was, for the first time, Juan Manuel Vargas. The new Betis player worked with his teammates. The Peruvian player could enjoy his first minutes with the Green-and-White shirt on Friday against Granada.

During his first session under the supervision of Pepe Mel, Vargas has started showing the assets of which Eduardo Macià spoke during the player’s induction, specially his impressive physicality and his explosive runs on the left wing. Also, Dani Giménez, Bruno and Digard are back with the group after missing out the previous training.
