Real Betis Balompié and player Aitor Ruibal have reached an agreement for the contract extension of the winger. In this way, Aitor Ruibal will be a Green and White until 2025.

Aitor Ruibal (Sallent de Llobregat, Spain, 22 of March of 1996) arrived to Real Betis in 2015 to join Betis Deportivo. He was a key player in the team that achieved promotion to Segunda B in the 2016/2017 season. He made his debut with the first team in 2017.

After loans to FC Cartagena, Rayo Majadahonda and CD Leganés, Aitor Ruibal returned to Real Betis in summer 2020 to be a first team member. Last season, Ruibal became an important player for Manuel Pellegrini, playing 30 official games, scoring two goals and providing two assists. The winger has been crucial in achieving qualification to play the UEFA Europa League.
