Real Betis Balompié and Middlesbrough FC have reached an agreement for the loan of Antonio Barragán to the Green-and-White club. The right back will play on loan during the 2017/2018 season. Also, the Club has a purchase option at the end of the season if some requirements are met.

Antonio Barragán Fernández (Los Palacios y Villafranca, Sevilla, 12^th of June 1987) played last season 27 games with the club from England (26 Premier League games and 1 FA Cup).
