Juan Carlos, Molina and Verdú sidelined for the match against Athletic

None of the three players have got over their discomfort

The last training session prior to the match against Athletic Club did not bring good news in terms of the players with injury issues. Juan Carlos did not train with the rest of his team mates and was clearly out because of the strained right adductor, but two more players had to be sidelined. Verdú and Molina were not able to finish the training session and are off the list of possibles for the game against the Basque team. The attacking midfielder was the first to retire due to some problems in the right adductor brevis muscle. A few minutes later Molina was the second to abandon as he was not able to get over his acute back pain which impeded him from moving properly. The player from Alcoy tried but was unable to complete the training session. The Betis B forward Juanma exercised with the first team so that the session could be completed.
