Rubén Castro, Héctor Rodas, Caro and Dani Ceballos out of the training session

The striker and the central defender suffer stomach flu; the Academy player has a tear in his right quadriceps, and Dani has been called up to Spain U-19

The squad has returned today to work in the Training Centre with the satisfaction of winning against RCD Mallorca. The team acknowledges how important was the match against the Balearic team and how crucial the three points were. So the Green-and-White team brought the three points home and they have trained today in a fantastic atmosphere.

Even though, there have been some absences in today’s working session. Rubén Castro and Héctor Rodas couldn’t train with the rest and have been sent home due to stomach flu. Both players were feeling unwell and the medical doctors have decided for them not to train. Caro has also been out today. The Academy player has a tear in his right quadriceps and was not available.

The other absence was Dani Ceballos. The player has been called up to Spain U-19, and he will come back on Wednesday evening. The midfielder has travel with youth player José Carlos, who was also called up to the national team. On their part, Matilla and Fabián continue with their respective recoveries.
