During the presentation of the 2015/2016 new kits, Antonio Adán answer the questions asked by Nacho Aranda, Canal + journalist and host of the event held in the Alcázar of Seville. The goalkeeper outlines the good feeling present among the squad for the upcoming season: “We are eager to get fit and enjoy the new season in the top division. There is a huge excitement and concentration to, step by step, get this team back to where it deserves, fighting for important things. The fans have showed that they are always there. Now we need to take the Club up to its fans.”

Dutch player Rafael van der Vaart, first signing of the team for the new season, spoke about his first days in Seville: “I really like the team and the city. We’re great, we’re like a family. I have only been here for a week, but I’m enjoying a lot.”

Likewise, Hamburg SV ex-player expressed his admiration for Real Betis fans, and how the trainings under the command of Pepe Mel are: “Betis is a very special club, there’s a lot of quality and talent in the team. I like to play with the ball, and we train a lot with it. People really love this Club, they are true fans and have a lot of passion for Real Betis.”
