Alfred N'Diaye participated in Senegal's victory against Botswana (0-2)
The midfielder initiated the piece of play that led to Senegal's second goal
Tonight Alfred N'Diaye contributed to Senegal's victory against Botswana, the second match in the qualifying phase for the African Nations Cup. The Real Betis Balompié midfielder played the final eleven minutes of the match substituting Mame Diouf, the player from Stoke City FC. Not surprisingly and despite not being a starter, N'Diaye was key to his team's second goal, as he initiated the counterattack that was finished off by Dame N'Doye sentencing the match. In this way the Senagaese team consolidates their qualification for the African NAtions Cup to be held between 17th January and 8th February 2015 in Morocco, as leaders of Group G with six points from their first two matches with last night's victory and last Friday's victory against Egypt.
Having concluded these international matches, Alfred N'Diaye will fly back to Seville to prepare for next Sundays match against Albacete Balompié, scheduled for 6.30 pm 14 September at the Benito Villamarín Stadium.
