Marc Bartra underwent with success a surgery today for a partial injury to the Achilles tendon in his right leg as a result of Haglund syndrome. The operation took place in Barcelona and the player was accompanied by doctor José Manuel Álvarez, responsible for the medical services of Real Betis Balompié.
Bartra will now need a period of post-surgical immobilization and subsequent rehabilitation. His reincorporation into the group will depend on the evolution in the following phases of his recovery
