Real Betis Balompié and Sergio Canales have extended the contract existing between them. This way, the player will be a Green and White until 2026. The buy-out clause of the midfielder will be one billion euros.

Sergio Canales arrived to Real Betis in summer of 2018. A key player since his arrival, the midfielder has increased his importance inside the squad with great performances. In fact, he is currently one of the captains of the team. Since his arrival, Canales has played 139 official games, scored 27 goals and provided 20 assists.
