Juan Carlos Ollero, the new president of Real Betis Balompié

José Montoro, chosen as vice-president of the Club, who were joined by Ernesto Sanguino, Ángel Haro and José María Pagola as board members.

The Real Betis Balompié Board of Directors chose Juan Carlos Ollero Pina as Club president this afternoon. Furthermore, the board member José Montoro Pizarro was elected vice-president of the Club. Together with the president, they joined the governing body of the Club by means of co-opting Ernesto Sanguino Gómez, Ángel Haro García and José María Pagola Serra as board members. With these incorporations and the members who left as announced last night, the Real Betis Balompié board of directors comprises the following:

President: Juan Carlos Pina Ollero.

Vice-president: José Montoro Pizarro.

Board members: Francisco Estepa Domínguez, José Miguel López Catalán, Tomás Solano Franco, Ernesto Sanguino Gómez, Ángel Haro García and José María Pagola Serra.

Secretary: Álvaro Viguera Revuelta.

Deputy secretary: José Antonio Guerrero Gómez.

Real Betis Balompié appreciates the work done in recent years by the president, Manuel Domínguez Platas; the vice-president, Fernando Casas Pascual; and the board member Antonio José Sánchez Pino, in addition to the services rendered to the Club.

 

Juan Carlos Ollero Pina (Melilla, 1948) is an industrial engineer and has a Master in Business Administration from the San Telmo Institute. During his career he was research and development director at Sadryn, general manager of Sadiel, director of companies at the Andalusian Development Institute, president of Sadiel, general manager representing the investee companies in Caja San Fernando and Cajasol and president of Club Deportivo Baloncesto Sevilla-Cajasol from 2005 till 2013. He is a shareholder and member of Real Betis Balompié.

Ángel Haro García (Sevilla, 1974) is an industrial engineer. MSc from Swansea University and president of the holding company Wingenia, a company with its subsidiaries (Tentusol, Prodiel, Energía Plus…) is involved in the field of renewable energy, electrical installations, energy marketing, MOT vehicle testing and similar areas. Angel Haro is also one of the main shareholders of Real Betis Balompié and member of the Club.

Ernesto Sanguino Gómez (Sevilla, 1967) is a lawyer. Founder and managing partner of Sanguino and Associates Attorneys office in Seville. Actively collaborates with city institutions, universities, associations and nonprofit entities. Specialist in the field of private law, in which he has established a reputation as a professional expert and manager. Shareholder of Real Betis Balompié, he is Ernesto Gómez Miravé's grandson, a director during the Benito Villamarín presidency.

José María Pagola Serra (Seville, 1957) graduated in Law and Business Administration. He is a chartered accountant, higher diploma in tax assessment, entitled merchant, auditing member of ROAC, specialist financial auditor and consultant and Managing Partner of Auditoría Consulta SA. He is a shareholder and member of Real Betis Balompié.
