Official notification by the Real Betis Balompié Board of Directors

The Club's governing body

Given the sporting difficulties the Club is going through and the important decisions that need to be taken, the Real Betis Balompié Board of Directors have decided to bring forward the renovation of the Club's governing body, which had been announced to take place in the Annual General Meeting of shareholders scheduled for 9th December. The Board of Directors do not consider it to be logical that the directors destined to leave the board take the decisions that are going to affect the immediate future of the club. It is for this motive that a new meeting has been convened for tomorrow, 25th November, in which the president Manuel Domínguez Platas, the vice president, Fernando Casas Pascual, and the board member Antonio José Sánchez Pino will present their resignations; four members will be co-opted as the seat left by Sebastián Alabanda (RIP) was not replaced. The new Board of Directors will meet immediately to take the necessary decisions for the present and future of Real Betis Balompié.
