Paul Akouokou has been operated this morning for appendicitis at Hospital Viamed Santa Ángela de la Cruz.

The player started to feel a strong abdominal pain yesterday before the game against RC Celta. The Club's medical services had the suspicion it could be appendicitis and took the player immediately to the hospital, where, after undergoing tests, this diagnosis was confirmed. The player has been successfully operated.

The player will be discharged in the next few hours and his return to the trainings will depend on his evolution.
