In the end, Jorge Molina will not be able to play on Sunday, 18th May against CA Osasuna, the last match in the Spanish league for the green-and-whites in the 2013/14 season. The forward, one of the scorers in Sunday's comeback against Real Valladolid CF, has suffered an interphalangeal fracture in the fourth and fifth fingers of his right hand, according to tests this morning. It occurred in a hard-hitting collision he had with the goalkeeper, Jaime, when jumping for the ball in the second half. Consequently, Molina will not have the chance to play again in the official competition and the goal he scored on Sunday was his last goal of the season, that finishes next weekend at El Sadar Stadium. 

This just goes to show Jorge Molina's commitment to the team who despite having two broken fingers did not ask to be substituted finishing the full 90 minutes against the team from Valladolid. Molina's individual performance was received with special support from the fans, their applause ratified the goalscorer's sacrifice throughout the season.
