Most of the squad trains on their day off
There have been voluntary workouts on Monday and Tuesday
The defeat against Albacete Balompié has been like a slap in the face for the team, who are aware that this year the demand they need to place on themselves is all important. The players are counting the hours until the match against Girona FC, in fact the majority of them make the most of some of their days off to work out. A total of 16 players participated in the voluntary training sessions on Monday or Tuesday which have been prepared by the technical staff.
Apart from the players with physical problems, such as Álex Martínez, Piccini and Xavi Torres, most of the first team showed up today at the Training Centre to work out in the gym, whilst others did similar activities yesterday on the training pitches at the Training Centre. Furthermore, Adán, Dani Giménez and Javi Montoya worked on the pitch under the orders of Relaño.
The squad will return to train officially tomorrow when a double session has been arranged.
