Betis U16 A will play the regional phase of the 'Coca-Cola Cup' this Saturday

Real Betis U16 A, after getting through the provincial phase of the II Spanish Championship - 'Coca-Cola Cup' they will try to follow on from this success this coming Saturday in the regional phase of the aforementioned competition, in which they will be tied against other provincial champions from the Andalusian region.

Miguel Ángel Caro's team has been drawn in Group A, together with Granada CF, CD Nuevo Molino and Vandelvira Gloria. Meanwhile, in Group B the participants are Málaga CF, Domingo Savio, Atlético Zapillo and Don Bosco CF. Only the top team in each group will progress to the final scheduled to be played at 8 PM.

Betis U16 A will debut in this stage against CD Nuevo Molino, at 2 PM. Later, at 7 PM the team from Heliopolis will face their second and final match in the group stage, playing against Granada CF. All the matches will be played over 40 minutes without intermission with the matches being decided by a penalty shootout in the case of a draw. The winning team at the Benamejí event will progress to the intermediate national phase of this 'Coca-Cola Cup'.

 

This Saturday, Betis Conference at Coria del Río

This week will see a significant number of Heliopolitan teams playing in youth football competitions. These will include, the three ladies teams, the U14s, U18s and U23s, who will play a Betis Conference at Isla Mayor (Sevilla) this Thursday taking on other teams from this location in friendly matches. Most of the competitions will take place on Saturday, such as the Betis Conference at Coria del Río, to be held at the Guadalquivir Stadium, with the participation of Betis U17 B, Betis U15 B, Betis U13 B, Betis U11 B, and Betis U9 B. The CD 1889 Tournament is also scheduled for this Saturday with the participation of Betis U10 A; furthermore, a new conference at Isla Mayor in which the U8s will participate. Finally, Betis U9 D will play the La Liara Mundialito on Sunday.
