The Spanish U17 selection defeated Paraguay early this morning by a 7-1 in the third and final match of the group stage of the Women's World Cup in their category which is taking place in Costa Rica. Just as she did in the match against New Zealand, the Real Betis Ladies fullback Rocio Galvez was in the starting line-up and played the entire match. The footballer from Cordoba is one of the pillars of the defensive line trained by Jorge Vilda.

With this new victory, the female U-17 team have qualified for the next round finishing in second place in Group C. Nigeria will be their next rivals, on Thursday 27th March, also to be played in the city of Liberia, venue for the match against the Paraguay.
