Sofian: “Even though we got a positive result in the first leg, we shouldn't be complacent”

Betis B signed him in the last transfer window to reinforce the defensive line, a line that was already made up of important players like Andriu, Jesús Muñoz or José Antonio Caro. Despite the competition, Sofian Chakla has forged a place for himself in the starting 11 and, like the rest of his teammates, he is completely focused on gaining promotion to the Second Division B adding, “we are looking forward to Saturday's match and getting a good result which will allow us to progress to the next phase”.

The second leg match against CD Anguiano: “You always have to respect your rival. They will come to us in the hope of getting through this knockout round, and in our case even though we got a positive result in the first leg, we shouldn't be complacent”.

Venue for the match: “We're really looking forward to playing at the Benito Villamarín Stadium in front of our home crowd. We are very much looking forward to Saturday, and we can't wait for the match to start against CD Anguiano”.

The objective of the season: “All my teammates are completely focused and we hope to progress to the next stage. It is important for the Club for us to be in the Second Division B, and for us even more so. we are looking forward to Saturday's match and getting a good result which will allow us to progress to the next phase”.

Scoring ability: “The first goal I scored was against Xerez CD, then I did it again in the match against CD San Roque and again in the tie with UCAM Murcia. I especially remember the last one because it was a great moment with the ground full of our supporters”.

Your evaluation of your time with the team: “It hasn't been easy to settle into the team because of the enormous competition, but when you work really hard you manage to in the end. When I got here people spoke well of the Club and the fans and now I know it's true. I'm really happy to be here”.
