Real Betis signs Didier Digard for the next three seasons
Real Betis has signed up French player Didier Digard. The footballer has signed a three year deal with the Green-and-White institution.
Didier Digard (Gisors, France, 1986) started his career as player of Le Havre AC. Raised in the lower teams of the French team, Real Betis Balompié new player remained in his first team until 2007, when he was transfer to Paris Saint-Germain following his impressive matches in the midfield. He stayed in the Club from Paris for one year, and then moved to the English Premier League, more precisely to Middlesbrough FC.
After two years in England, OGC Nice signed up Digard during the summer of 2010. For five seasons, the player became the leader in the midfield of the French team. There, he reached the best level of football of his career. In OGC Nice, Digard played 165 matches, scored six goals and gave out ten assists. Overall, almost 300 matches in official competitions.
He has won international caps in the French national team U-16, U-17, U-18, U-20 and U-21. Digard will be presented on Friday the 10th at 12:30 hours.
