MATCH REPORT | Real Betis beats Granada CF (3-2)

Real Betis Balompié beat Granada CF in the third game of the preseason for the Green and Whites. The team was better than the rival in the match played in Marbella, and got the win with goals by Iglesias, Bartra and Juanmi.

Betis began better in the game and controlled the ball during the early minutes. In front, Granada were well settled in defence but started to stretch their lines step by step. The first clear chance was for Ruibal, whose effort went wide.

Betis improved with the passing of minutes and Canales got really close to scoring. Once in the second half, Iglesias only needed one and a half minute to give Betis the lead. After a good team play, the number 9 struck from outside the box. However, Granada tied the game only four minutes later.

The Green and Whites got really close to scoring again with a shot from Iglesias that went slightly wide. Tello got even close, finding the post a few minutes later. Bartra did score following an assist from Canales.

Two minutes before the end, Juanmi finished a great counterattack to make the third. In the injury time, Antoñín made the second for Granada.
