Real Betis Balompié earned a point on their visit to El Sadar after a 1?1 draw against CA Osasuna.
The Verdiblancos made an excellent start, taking the lead through Ez Abde, who finished off a swift counter-attack with precision in the 7th minute. However, just before half-time, the hosts were awarded a controversial penalty, which Budimir converted to restore parity.
The score remained unchanged in the second half, in a tightly contested encounter that also saw the return of Giovani Lo Celso following his recovery from injury.
