Real Betis Balompié and UD Almería have reached an agreement for the transfer of Edgar González.

Edgar arrived to the Club in 2018 to join Betis Deportivo. In 2019, he started to play games with the first team. He spent the 2020/2021 season on loan to Real Oviedo. When he returned, he became a senior squad member. As a first team player, Edgar has played 80 official games, scored two goals and provided one assist. He was also part of the team that won the Copa del Rey in 2022.
