Real Betis received an institutional visit from Raja Club Athletic to undertake working projects together
Within the internalisation strategy of Real Betis in Morocco, one of their key markets, and following the collaboration agreement signed with Raja Club Athletic in October, the Green and White club received the visit of the president of the institution from Casablanca, Mohamed Boudrika; their vice-president, Adil Halla; and their sports coordinators, Hicham Aboucherouane and Mohammed Mahrek.
The delegation of the Moroccan club wanted to know first-hand how Real Betis work at internal level and their strategic projects, such as the new Stadium and the recently opened Rafael Gordillo Training Centre. They also visited Luis del Sol Training Centre, where they met some of the professionals belonging to the sporting area.
They also held meeting sessions related to communications and marketing, and also attended the LaLiga game between Real Betis and Girona FC. The president of Real Betis, Ángel Haro, and the CEO, Ramón Alarcón, welcomed the delegation of Raja Club Athletic, strengthening the relationship between the two clubs.
Previously, in October, a delegation of Real Betis travelled to Casablanca to sign the agreement and undertake several different actions: a football camp for children and a watch party for the game Real Betis played against Club Atletico Osasuna.
Mohamed Boudrika, president of Raja Club Athletic, highlighted the "shared values" that the two clubs share, as well as the importance of bringing close two countries that are also working in the preparation of the World Cup 2030. "We are excited to continue with our collaboration agreement with Real Betis. We both have things in common: our history and our fans. We are proud of them and they drive us forward. We are committed to make history through this agreement, a story of success between two clubs from Morocco and Spain, that are also making joint efforts for the World Cup," he stated.
Real Betis CEO, Ramón Alarcón, expressed that this agreement allows the Green and White club to get closer to a country like Morocco and, more specifically, a club with a huge social and sporting dimension, such as Raja Athletic Club. "To work along such a big institution in the country means a great satisfaction for Real Betis. We have recently entered the hearts of the fans with players like Chadi Riad and Abde. During these days, we have Shared experiences and working methodologies in different areas. We are also proud that they have shown a big interest in some of our projects, like the new Stadium and Rafael Gordillo Training Centre," Alarcón said.
