Real Betis relaunches its e-commerce platform

Real Betis has relaunched its official product sales platform (shop.realbetisbalompie.es) with a new design and functionalities that allow greater interaction with fans and the personalization of official products.
In full international expansion and becoming one of the leading brands in Spanish football, Real Betis seeks to adapt to new trends with this boost to its online store and thus meet the growing demand from fans outside of Spain. In fact, official products can be distributed, in a first phase, throughout the territory of the European Union and, in a second, globally. In addition, shipping costs in national territory will be free on purchases over 100 euros.
Real Betis incorporates all official products in its new e-commerce. Fans will be able to purchase game kits, training kits and a lifestyle line from hummel, the Club's technical sponsor that dresses the men's and women's first teams, youth teams, Real Betis Futsal and Real Betis Baloncesto; as well as exclusive collections with other relevant brands and other products of various kinds. In total, around 500 items between Hummel products, licensees and official suppliers.
The interaction of fans with the website itself and the personalization of the shirts is another of the novelties that this new version of Real Betis' e-commerce incorporates. In fact, it offers the possibility of configuring it quickly and intuitively by adding silkscreen elements such as the number or name, as well as the official logos of the competitions in which the Real Betis teams participate.
Ramón Alarcón, CEO of the entity, valued the importance of this boost to the online sales platform for official products, which will increase income in the retail area.
"With the signing with Hummel, Real Betis faced a new challenge a little over a year ago by assuming the management and control of our physical stores. And the truth is that it has been a tremendous success. It has allowed us to considerably increase our retail income compared to previous seasons. But now we want to take a step further by promoting our e-commerce platform. We are in a great sporting and institutional moment, we are a club that is growing, one of the references of LaLiga and we are not only awakening the interest of fans throughout the national territory, but also in the international sphere. It was necessary to go one step further, adapt to new trends, make it agile, fast, intuitive and facilitate the purchasing process for fans outside of Seville and even outside our country," he noted.
In addition to the renewed e-commerce platform, Real Betis currently has three physical stores in the city of Seville: one located in the Benito Villamarín Stadium (Avenida de Heliópolis s/n), another in the Lagoh Shopping Center (avenida de Palmas Altas, 1) and another in the old town of the city (Avenida de la Constitución, number 16).
