Real Betis Balompié have signed footballer Carles Aleñá from FC Barcelona. The player will be on loan at the Club until the end of the 2019/2020 season.

Carles Aleñá (Mataró, Barcelona, 05/01/1998) is one of the players with the biggest potential in Spain. Raised in La Masía, the FC Barcelona academy player has climbed through all the lower categories if the club until he reached the first team in 2016. Last season, he continuously switched between the first squad and FC Barcelona B. This year, he became full time first team member and has played several matches in LaLiga and Champions League.

He has been capped with Spain U16, U17 and U21. Aleñá is known for his great technique, high working rate in the midfield and a great left foot.
