Real Betis Balompié and Rodrigo Sánchez 'Rodri' have reached an agreement to extend the player's contract. In this way, the under 21 international is linked to the Verdiblanco Club until June 2028.

Rodri (Talayuela, Spain, 05/16/00) arrived at the Real Betis youth academy in the summer of 2017. After his progression and performance in the youth team and in Betis Deportivo, he received the opportunity in the first team during the 2020/21 season.

Since his arrival to the Real Betis Balompié first team, Rodri has played a total of 96 official matches, scoring 4 goals and distributing 12 assists.
