Youssouf Sabaly, new Real Betis player
Real Betis Balompié has signed Senegalese player Youssouf Sabaly. The new Green and White full back has signed a contract until 2026.
Youssouf Sabaly (Le Chesnay, France, 5 of March of 1993) began his career in the Youth teams at Paris Saint-Germain, where he arrived in 2008. He played the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 on loan at Évian Thonon Gaillard FC. He was also loaned out to Nantes FC in the 2015/2016 season.
In 2016, Sabaly joined FC Girondins Bordeaux, where he has stayed the past five seasons. In total, the new Real Betis footballer has played 251 game sin professional football, scored three goals and provided 21 assists.
At international level, Sabaly has been capped with France U17, U18, U19 and U20. Later, he was called up to Senegal U20 and became World Champion U20 with Senegal. With the senior Senegal national team, Sabaly won 21 caps.
