Real Betis's national and international sports program has expanded to 14 countries and developed 49 projects during the 2024-2025 season.

Real Betis Academy, the national and international sports program of Real Betis and its Foundation, continues to grow year after year. Internationally, the permanent Real Betis Academy locations continued to operate. Iraq, one of the countries with the most Betis academies?already hosting sites in Baghdad, Mosul, and Dohuk?launched a new project with the opening of Real Betis Academy Erbil.

Real Betis Academy Algeria, which has become a small Betis enclave in Dely Ibrahim filled with verdiblanco details, Real Betis Academy Tabuk, and the Kuwait site were the Arab academies that remained active throughout the past season.

One of the standout achievements of the season was the growth in player numbers at Real Betis Academy Mexico City, where 1,200 boys and girls trained and competed each week in the Mexican capital, one of the Club's original international project locations. Chicureo (Chile), Caracas (Venezuela), and Miami (USA) complete the list of academies that Real Betis runs in the Americas.

Real Betis Academy Tbilisi (Georgia), the Club's international European site, continued training around one hundred players. In addition, some of these players participated in Real Betis Inside, an immersive experience designed for players?mainly international?that allows them to live the Club's day-to-day operations from the inside. This year, the program welcomed 300 players from academies and other European clubs. A coach training program was also carried out, where a group of students spent several days learning at our facilities.

Real Betis Academy is focused on the comprehensive development of young players and coaches, promoting the Betis brand and sharing its philosophy, sporting values, and social principles. The expansion also included football camps held in strategic locations such as Vancouver, Sheffield, and Milan.

At the national level, the Betis School celebrated its 11th season, conducting training sessions at the Rafael Gordillo Sports City. The "mother project" of Real Betis Academy once again provided quality training to its players, with 15 boys and girls earning the opportunity to participate in talent identification sessions with the Real Betis youth academy.

Furthermore, throughout the season, the town of Olvera (Cádiz) hosted a Betis academy that trained a total of 69 players. Additionally, 24 football camps were held across Spain with the participation of 2,062 players. Real Betis Balompié brought its methodology to the following locations: San Clemente, Murcia, Membrilla, Lorca, Ibiza, Jaén, Obejuna, Churriana, Tíjola, Tajamar, Sanlúcar, Roquetas de Mar, Posadas, Fuente de Cantos, Adra, Puerto Serrano, Bormujos, Estepa, and Gerena.

But Real Betis Academy does not only train players?through its Coach Development Program, Betis coaches also train international coaches using the Club's methodology through both theoretical and practical sessions. Among other initiatives, last season included training for students from Business School Barcelona.

With an increasingly consolidated presence both at home and abroad, Real Betis Academy continues to establish itself as a benchmark project in the comprehensive development of players and coaches. The growth in the number of sites, participants, and activities reflects the Club's commitment to athletic and educational development, spreading Betis values to every corner of the world through football.
