The power of the Betis brand is much more than goals. In addition to football, it means happiness, passion, and overcoming. Real Betis Global Academy is an elite program for footballers over 18 years of age, with a professional and international focus.

It offers high-level training and comprehensive education in a quality environment, bringing players closer to the style of world football from Seville. Its headquarters will be the Rafael Gordillo sport's facilities, built in October 2023 and just 10 km from the home of Betis fans, the Benito Villamarín Stadium.

The professional and high-performance environment makes Rafael Gordillo a benchmark for the training and development of footballers. So much so that it's one of the largest sports city in Europe, with 51 hectares of built-up space. It includes eight 11-a-side football pitches, three 7-a-side football pitches, two dedicated goalkeeping pitches, a gym, medical services, offices, and locker rooms.

The training program, which provides a professional environment, includes qualified coaching staff, official kit, training recording and analysis, personalized evaluations, individual physical preparation, injury prevention, physiotherapy, nutritional and psychological support, and private health insurance.

Regarding competition, Real Betis Global Academy players will be part of the Verdiblanco youth system, with the demands and support expected of a professional club. Thus, they will compete on a team integrated into the official Real Betis youth system, initially participating in the 3rd Andalusian league, a federated league that offers a real competitive environment.

The Residence

The residence for Real Betis Global Academy players will be Micampus Entrenúcleos. Located just a ten-minute walk from the sport's facilities, it allows players to live and train in total comfort. It has an international atmosphere and all the facilities for a modern and safe stay. It is the ideal place to share experiences with students and athletes from around the world while developing as a professional.

Each member of this new project will have a single room, full board from Monday to Sunday, a dining room with homemade food, a shared kitchen area, a weekly laundry service, and a cleaning service. They will also have use of the study room, meeting room, lounge, movie theater, gym, swimming pool, parking, and terrace.

The program includes studying at EUSA University a Spanish program adapted to the level and needs of the international players, facilitating their academic and social integration. It also offers the option to continue with university studies in different areas, combining academic training with sports development in a high-quality international environment. 

Real Betis Global Academy is a complete experience. The program is complemented by cultural activities and events that enrich the stay in Seville. Transportation to training sessions, matches, and scheduled activities is included, ensuring organization and comfort.

ABOUT REAL BETIS ACADEMY - This is the national and international grassroots development program of Real Betis Balompié. The objective of this project is to permanently extend the Green-and-White Club's methodology around the world to boys and girls seeking to add value to their football experience and enjoy a high-level training methodology. Real Betis Academy achieved 117% growth compared to last season. A total of 4,510 Green-and-White players are spread across the world and the launch of 28 new international projects in locations such as the United States, Mexico, Egypt, Algeria, Zimbabwe, El Salvador, Venezuela, and Georgia.
