La Cartuja, third most-attended stadium in LaLiga

1,091,110 fans attended Real Betis's 19 home league matches in the recently concluded season, a figure surpassed only by Real Madrid at the Santiago Bernabeu and Atlético de Madrid at the Metropolitano, according to official LaLiga data

Real Betis has experienced a historic season by securing qualification for the UEFA Champions League for the first time in 21 years. But the 2025/26 campaign will be remembered not only for this major sporting milestone for the club, but also for the unconditional support of the Betis faithful throughout the entire season - the first year at La Cartuja, Real Betis's temporary home while renovation works are carried out at the Estadio Benito Villamarín.

Despite the provisional change of venue and the inconveniences this entails for supporters, Real Betis has once again increased its attendance figures, taking advantage of La Cartuja's larger capacity and a rise in season ticket holders, which has reached 57,000 -the maximum allowed. In total, 1,091,110 spectators attended the new Betis home, averaging 57,426 per match, comfortably surpassing the 979,298 recorded during the 2024/25 season at Heliópolis.

According to official LaLiga figures, only two clubs exceeded La Cartuja's numbers this season: Real Madrid, with 1,359,254 at the Santiago Bernabeu; and Atlético de Madrid, with 1,116,254 at the Civitas Metropolitano. Behind them come San Mamés (Athletic Club) with 903,920 spectators; Mestalla (Valencia CF) with 849,282; Camp Nou (FC Barcelona) with 856,873; Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán (Sevilla FC) with 678,066; and Anoeta (Real Sociedad) with 554,634.

Throughout the season, Real Betis surpassed 60,000 spectators on five league occasions and only fell below 50,000 once ? in the final match of the season against Levante UD, with Champions League qualification already mathematically secured. Attendance records were equally exceptional in other competitions, with crowds exceeding 60,000 for the home matches against Panathinaikos FC and SC Braga in the UEFA Europa League, and against Atlético de Madrid in the Copa del Rey.
