Real Betis' ticket information for the 25/26 season

In the first phase, tickets will only be available without seat selection. In the second phase, which opens 24–48 hours before the match, supporters will be able to choose their seats subject to availability

Real Betis Balompié has introduced a new ticketing system for home matches this season, designed to enhance the supporter experience and provide a more flexible and accessible purchasing process.

With this system, fans will be able to:

  • Purchase tickets for all areas of the stadium from the outset.
  • Secure paired seats with greater ease.
  • Plan ahead, as all available seats ? including those expected to be released by season ticket holders ? will be placed on sale immediately.

Why this change?

In previous seasons, Real Betis identified difficulties for supporters when purchasing tickets. Given the high number of season ticket holders, the majority of available seats were released by them. However, many of these were not made available until 24?48 hours before kick-off.

This created complications for other supporters who wished to attend, as finding seats in different areas of the stadium, or in pairs, became increasingly difficult, limiting their options and complicating planning.

How does the new system work?

The ticketing process is structured in two phases, with dynamic pricing depending on when tickets are purchased.

Phase 1: Advance sale without seat selection

Tickets for all stadium areas are available immediately, which was not previously the case.

Paired seating is guaranteed for supporters who wish to attend with a companion. For purchases of more than two tickets, seats are guaranteed in the same stand, but only grouped in pairs (e.g. 2+2+1 in the case of five tickets).

Tickets are grouped by price category. For example, the South and North Stand sections are combined for purchase, and seats may be assigned in either.

Within this first phase, there are two types of tickets:

a) Priority ? The initial sales stage. Supporters choosing this option have the highest chance of securing tickets and will be the first to receive them (between 3 and 48 hours before kick-off), ensuring the best available seats in their selected area.

Additional benefits include a 10% discount in the Real Betis online store. Furthermore, during this stage, season ticket holders and Soy Bético members may purchase up to two tickets using their ID and PIN promotion.

b) General ? This stage is activated a few days after the start of the Priority sale, and only if tickets remain available.

Phase 2: Sale with seat selection

Activated in the final 24?48 hours before the match, once seats have been allocated to those who purchased during the first phase.

After a short transition period, supporters may select specific seats based on availability, using the traditional system.
