In line with this philosophy, the Club is launching the Real Betis Global Academy, a comprehensive high-performance programme designed for footballers aged 18 and over with international potential, where they will be able to compete in official competitions, train at the Rafael Gordillo Sports Complex and further their academic studies.

This programme offers a professional methodology and first-class technical instruction, enabling players to meet the standards of elite football. Training sessions will take place at the club's sports complex in Dos Hermanas, a state-of-the-art facility opened in October 2023, located just 10 km from the iconic Benito Villamarín Stadium.

World-class sports facilities

The Rafael Gordillo Sports Complex stands as a bastion of football development thanks to its facilities. Covering 51 hectares, it is one of the largest sports complexes on the European continent, housing eight 11-a-side football pitches, three 7-a-side pitches, two dedicated goalkeeping pitches, a gym, medical facilities, offices and changing rooms.

To ensure a professional experience, the training programme will feature a qualified coaching staff, official kit, training session recording and analysis, personalised assessments, individual fitness training, injury prevention, physiotherapy, nutritional and psychological support, as well as private medical insurance.

Players of the Real Betis Global Academy will not only train but also compete under the club's auspices. They will form part of the official youth academy structure, competing in the 3rd Division of the Andalusian League. This ensures a genuinely competitive level and the high standards expected of a top-flight club.

The residence

Accommodation for the footballers will be at Micampus Entrenúcleos, located just a ten-minute walk from the training grounds, facilitating daily logistics and rest.

It is a multicultural space designed to foster coexistence between athletes and students of various nationalities. Each member will have a single room, full board from Monday to Sunday, a dining room, shared kitchen areas, a weekly laundry service and cleaning. In addition, they will have access to a study room, meeting room, lounge, cinema room, gym, swimming pool, car park and terrace.

University Education

This all-round programme focuses on intellectual development through the EUSA University Centre. International players will have access to Spanish language courses tailored to their level to ensure full integration.

Similarly, there is the opportunity to combine a sporting career with university studies in various disciplines, fostering a versatile professional profile within a prestigious international environment.

ABOUT REAL BETIS ACADEMY. - This is Real Betis Balompié's national and international youth football development programme. The aim of this project is to bring the Green-and-White Club's methodology to children around the world on a permanent basis, enabling them to enhance their footballing experience and benefit from a high-level training programme. Real Betis Academy achieved 117% growth compared to last season.
