Real Betis Balompié and Club América agree transfer of Álvaro Fidalgo
The midfielder commits to the Club until 2030
Real Betis Balompié and Club de Fútbol América have reached an agreement for the transfer of Álvaro Fidalgo. The player has signed a contract that will keep him at the Club until 2030.
Álvaro Fidalgo (Oviedo, Spain, 9 April 1997) came through the youth academies of Real Oviedo and Sporting de Gijón before joining Real Madrid's academy in 2012 and subsequently progressing to Real Madrid Castilla. Following a one-season loan spell with Rayo Majadahonda in 2016/17, he returned to the Madrid reserve side, where he remained until 2020 before moving to CD Castellón. After six months, he joined Club América on loan, who later completed a permanent transfer in 2021.
Among his most notable achievements at club level are one Clausura title, one Campeones Cup and two Apertura championships, all won with Club América.
