Born on the 20th of August of 1959 in Seville. He has an architect degree in the University of Seville; and a Master’s Degree in Urbanism and Territorial Planning in Instituto de Administraciones Públicas and the University of Seville. He is also an associated professor in the Sorbonne, in Paris, and the USTO in Oran, Algeria. He works both for private and public companies. He currently develops his professional activities in Spain, Algeria and Qatar.
