Marc Bartra extends his contract with Real Betis

The Catalan defender signs on until 2027

Real Betis Balompié and Marc Bartra have reached an agreement to extend the Catalan defender's contract. Under this new deal, the Betis captain will remain with the Verdiblanco club until 2027.

Marc Bartra (Sant Jaume dels Domenys, Spain, 15/01/1991) returned to Betis in the summer of 2023 to begin his second spell at the club.

Bartra first joined Real Betis in 2018. Since then, he has made 179 appearances over seven seasons, scoring 10 goals and playing a key role in the team's European rise and in winning the Copa del Rey in 2022.
