Real Betis and Fancurve team up to launch digital fashion

The Club will help introduce club followers to the benefits of Web3

Real Betis Balompié have signed a three-year partnership with blockchain-enabled digital sports fashion platform Fancurve. This way, the Club continue with their international expansion, and the American brand will create digitally wearable jerseys for fans. Through this first-of-its-kind agreement, Real Betis and Fancurve will help introduce club followers to the benefits of Web3 through custom collections and offerings. The first of multiple Betis-inspired kits will drop on June 7, 2022, marking Fancurve's debut club-themed collection. 

The officially licensed Betis jersey collection, which will be sold exclusively on the Fancurve platform, celebrates this season of on-pitch success using the beautiful city of Seville, its unique culture, architecture and the world-famous Feria festival as inspiration. The photo-realistic jerseys were designed by Fancurve's team of highly skilled 3D fashion designers.

Launched last month, Fancurve enables fans everywhere to share and engage around their favorite teams and athletes through digitally wearable jerseys and interactive extensions. The Fancurve platform allows fans to show off or resell their virtual items through the use of photo-realistic avatars and personalized locker rooms as well as benefit from a variety of interactive features with exclusive club benefits. Soon, fans will also be able to port their jerseys into various partner metaverse platforms where they will be able to showcase their fandom by wearing them as avatar skins.
