Real Betis and Atlético de Madrid have reached an agreement for the transfer of Johnny Cardoso. 

The midfielder, born in New Jersey (United States), concludes his spell at Real Betis following a season and a half with the Club, during which he made a total of 65 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 3 assists. His contributions helped the team secure qualification for European competitions on two occasions and reach the final of the 2025 UEFA Europa Conference League.
